After many years of experience in woodworking as a hobby, Eddy
joined the West Island Woodturners' Club.
This resulted in Eddy discovering woodturning as taught by Eric Webb,
founding President of this Club.
Noticing the growing popularity of woodturning, Eddy simultaneously founded the Association
des Tourneurs sur Bois du Québec, as well as his own woodworking company.
Woodturning is now very popular in all regions of the province of Quebec. Many
people share Eddy's passion for woodturning and are quick to promote this favoured activity.
Wood lovers are welcome to visit Eddy (by appointment) at his workshop situated
in the West Island (Montreal) where you will find unique wood pieces, including
several items used in kitchens and dining rooms (ATAB product line). Various courses
are also available.
A few of Eddy's turned pieces can also be found in China, Japan and Greece.
Eddy Noël is a regular contributor of woodturning articles in the
"Rénovation Bricolage" magazine. One of his articles was also published
in the American magazine "Fine Woodworking".
